Create a communication strategy between the companies
1) A common refrain among executives is “People are our most important asset”. Relate this statement to any two of the four organizational perspectives presented in Chapter One of the Text, (Open Systems Perspective, Organizational Learning Perspective, High Performance Work Practices or HPWP Perspective and Stakeholder Perspective). Does this statement apply better to some perspectives than to others? Why or why not?
2) You work in HR in a company that recently acquired another company. You have been asked to create a communication strategy between the two companies. What sort of noise might there be between the two companies that might contribute to communication barriers. What would you recommend to deal with the noise?
3) Discuss why men and women are sometimes frustrated with each each other’s communication behaviours.
